In Solbyn near Lundegård with the best location in the Morkullan neighborhood, there is a private cottage that is offered through us.
Fresh and in the best location in a nice summer cottage area next to the camping area. (approx. 1km drive to the camping, 600m walkway along the beach.)
The cottage is located at the bottom towards the sea with a view of Kalmarsund, Köpingsviksbukten and Borgholm Castle. During the winter of 2010/11 the cottage underwent a complete renovation inside. New kitchen and bathroom. New beds, new kitchen area and sofa area. Floors, walls and ceilings have been refinished. The outside of the cottage has been repainted.
Live:
approx. 65 m2, 6 beds. The cottage has three bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed), pillow & duvet provided. A large living room with sofa, fireplace and TV. Kitchen with kitchen furniture.
Fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle & sink. Kitchenware in the form of pots, pans, ladles & crockery. Bathroom, shower/WC. Glazed balcony and patio.
Add final cleaning of your cottage for 2,500 SEK and get a comfortable end to your holiday. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM if final cleaning is booked. Pillow & duvet are provided in the cottage, bring your own sheets and towels or rent at reception for 140 SEK/set.
It is also possible to rent a travel cot or high chair. Please notify reception well in advance of arrival if this is desired.
