This means that as a guest you need a Camping ID or CKE when checking in (does not apply to cottages). Read more at www.camping.se and download the app before arrival.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Age limit<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have an age limit of 21 years for accommodation at Lundeg\u00e5rd Camping. During the Midsummer weekend, the age limit is 23 years for everyone in the party, with the exception of families with children. Identification may be required upon arrival. Meeting the age limit is a requirement for access to the pitch or cottage.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Incheckningstider<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use your cottage from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure no later than 11:00 AM if you have not booked final cleaning. If you have booked final cleaning, the departure time is 11:00 AM.    10.00. Check-out time for camping is 10am. 14.00.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When does my booking become binding?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are bound to the booking as soon as we have confirmed it and you have paid the registration fee, if applicable, or in other cases paid the full rent. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all information is correct. For bookings with personal service, a booking fee of SEK 100 will be added. If you book online, there will be no booking fee if you pay directly by card. If you choose an invoice, a booking fee of SEK 100 will be added. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. When you make your booking, you also agree that we store your personal data with us.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When should I pay?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 days from the date we send you a confirmation\/invoice, you pay a registration fee of 15% of the full amount. You pay the remaining amount no later than 40 days before arrival. If you book less than 40 days before the arrival date, you pay the full amount within 10 days from the date we send you the confirmation\/invoice, unless otherwise stated. See the due date and amount at the bottom of the invoice. When booking a seasonal place and special events, such as the dance band week or American Days, special payment terms apply, see message on the invoice. When booking online with more than 60 days until the arrival date, you can choose to pay the full amount directly or later via invoice according to the previously mentioned terms. When booking online with 60 days or less left until the arrival date, only direct payment is offered.         <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if I don&#8217;t pay on time?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not pay the registration fee on time when it is due, we will cancel your booking. If you do not pay the final balance on time, we will consider it a cancellation on your part and the cancellation rules will then come into effect. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I want to cancel?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can only cancel in writing to us. If you have not taken out cancellation protection, no refund will be given. Booked and prepaid additional services are not refundable. Cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking and takes effect 40 days before arrival. The following rules apply to our cancellation protection:    <br\/><br\/>Avbest\u00e4llningsskydd 250 kr: Skyddet inneb\u00e4r att du kan avboka fram t. o. m. 10 dagar f\u00f6re ankomst, intyg kr\u00e4vs ej. Fr\u00e5n att anm\u00e4lningsavgiften \u00e4r betald och innan slutlikviden betalas kan du korta ner din bokning mot en avgift p\u00e5 150 kr. Du kan n\u00e4r som ut\u00f6ka din vistelse eller uppgradera ditt boende (f\u00f6rutsatt att det finns tillg\u00e4ngligt) utan n\u00e5gon till\u00e4ggsavgift. N\u00e4r hela din bokning \u00e4r fullt betald g\u00e5r det inte l\u00e4ngre att korta ner din bokning.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad h\u00e4nder om jag vill \u00e5ka hem tidigare?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to depart earlier than you booked, no money or other purchased additional services will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad har jag f\u00f6r r\u00e4ttigheter?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om vi inte tillhandah\u00e5ller stugan\/campingtomten i utlovat skick eller vid r\u00e4tt tidpunkt och inte heller kan erbjuda dig ett likv\u00e4rdigt hyresobjekt, har du r\u00e4tt till att s\u00e4ga upp avtalet. Vi m\u00e5ste d\u00e5 \u00e5terbetala allt det du har betalat till oss. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga upp avtalet kan du beg\u00e4ra att vi s\u00e4tter ner hyran. Om du har klagom\u00e5l skall dessa framf\u00f6ras till oss omedelbart. Fel, som uppst\u00e5r under din vistelse, skall anm\u00e4las omg\u00e5ende s\u00e5 att vi f\u00e5r en chans att r\u00e4tta till dem. Om du inte meddelat oss utg\u00e5r ej ers\u00e4ttning i efterhand. \u00d6nskar du \u00f6verl\u00e5ta din bokning till annan person m\u00e5ste detta ske f\u00f6re ankomst och med v\u00e5rt samtycke mot en avgift.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad har jag f\u00f6r skyldigheter?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du m\u00e5ste v\u00e5rda stugan\/campingtomten v\u00e4l och informera dig om och f\u00f6lja de ordningsf\u00f6reskrifter som g\u00e4ller. Om du eller n\u00e5gon i ditt s\u00e4llskap bryter mot v\u00e5ra ordningsf\u00f6reskrifter eller avtalet i \u00f6vrigt kan avtalet s\u00e4gas upp med omedelbar verkan. Ni \u00e4ger d\u00e5 ej r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 n\u00e5gon del av hyresbeloppet.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du ansvarar sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r alla skador som uppst\u00e5r i stugan\/campingtomten genom att du eller n\u00e5gon i ditt s\u00e4llskap varit v\u00e5rdsl\u00f6s. Du f\u00e5r inte anv\u00e4nda stugan\/campingtomten till n\u00e5got annat \u00e4n vad som avtalats vid bokningstillf\u00e4llet. Ej heller l\u00e5ta fler personer \u00f6vernatta \u00e4n vad som uppgivits vid bokningstillf\u00e4llet. Du m\u00e5ste st\u00e4da stugan enligt instruktion. Om du inte f\u00f6r detta kommer st\u00e4dning att utf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 din bekostnad (fr\u00e5n 2 000 kr beroende p\u00e5 stugans storlek). Observera att r\u00f6kning ej \u00e4r till\u00e5tet i n\u00e5got av v\u00e5ra uthyrningsobjekt. \u00d6vertr\u00e4delse av r\u00f6kf\u00f6rbud i stugan\/lokal medf\u00f6r en saneringskostnad f\u00f6r dig som hyresg\u00e4st fr\u00e5n 7 500 kr.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naturkatastrofer, krig, strejk m.m<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e5de du och vi har r\u00e4tt att tr\u00e4da ifr\u00e5n avtalet om stugan\/campingtomten ej kan tillhandah\u00e5llas p.g.a. naturkatastrof, krigshandlingar, arbetsmarknadskonflikt, l\u00e4ngre avbrott i vatten \u2013 eller energitillf\u00f6rsel, eldsv\u00e5da eller liknande h\u00e4ndelser som varken du eller vi kan f\u00f6rutse eller p\u00e5verka. Vi \u00e4r i s\u00e5 fall skyldiga att \u00e5terbetala dig, med avdrag f\u00f6r den nytta du har haft av stugan\/campingtomten. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GDPR<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi \u00e4r ansvariga f\u00f6r behandling av de personavgifterna som du l\u00e4mnar i samband med bokning hos oss (s\u00e5som namn, adress och telefonnummer). Vi kommer att behandla personuppgifterna i syfte att administrera bokning och betalning samt f\u00f6r att i \u00f6vrigt kunna fullg\u00f6ra v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rpliktelser och tillvarata r\u00e4ttigheter enligt de avtal som ing\u00e5s med dig. Uppgifterna kan komma att l\u00e4mnas till inkassof\u00f6retag, myndighet\/domstol f\u00f6r indrivning, fastst\u00e4llelse och fullg\u00f6rande av dina avtalsf\u00f6rpliktelser men annars ej till n\u00e5gon.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad h\u00e4nder om vi inte kommer \u00f6verens?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e4nd dig till oss med eventuella klagom\u00e5l. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att dina m\u00f6jligheter att f\u00e5 r\u00e4ttelse kan minska om du dr\u00f6jer med att klaga. Om vi inte kommer \u00f6verens, kan du v\u00e4nda dig till ARN (allm\u00e4nna Reklamationsn\u00e4mnden). F\u00f6r fr\u00e5gor kring texten i detta avtal \u2013 kontakta oss s\u00e5 hj\u00e4lper vi till!   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Vi reserverar oss f\u00f6r eventuella tryckfel samt pris\u00f6kning p.g.a myndigheters beslut.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ORDNINGSF\u00d6RESKRIFTER<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e4lkommen till v\u00e5r campingplats! Vi hoppas att Du skall f\u00e5 en mycket trevlig vistelse h\u00e4r hos oss. F\u00f6ljande ordningsregler \u00e4r till f\u00f6r din och de andra camparnas trevnad. Observera att vi har 21-\u00e5rsgr\u00e4ns f\u00f6r bokning hos oss. \u00d6ver midsommar \u00e4r \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen 23 \u00e5r.    <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Anm\u00e4l dig i receptionen genast vid ankomsten. L\u00e4mna samtidigt \u00f6ver ditt Camping Key Europe*. Vid incheckning f\u00e5r du ditt bomkort s\u00e5 att du kan k\u00f6ra in med bilen till stugan\/ campingplatsen. Grupper anm\u00e4ls av gruppledaren. Meddela direkt vid anm\u00e4lan om du har med dig extra t\u00e4lt.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Det \u00e4r endast till\u00e5tet med En bil per campingplats\/stuga innanf\u00f6r bommarna. <\/strong>Tillf\u00e4lliga bes\u00f6kande och extra bilar ombeds parkera p\u00e5 parkeringsplatsen ovanf\u00f6r receptionen. Campingv\u00e4rden har r\u00e4tt att ta ut en avgift fr\u00e5n tillf\u00e4lliga bes\u00f6kare. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campingv\u00e4rden och \u00f6vrig personal \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r lugn och ordning, och hj\u00e4lper till om det uppst\u00e5r problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att vi har vattenbrist p\u00e5 \u00d6land! Kom ih\u00e5g att spara p\u00e5 vattnet genom att exempelvis ta kortare duschar, endast k\u00f6ra med fulla tv\u00e4ttmaskiner och att inte diska under rinnande vatten. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All t\u00e4ltutrustning av normal typ och storlek f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndas. D\u00e4remot \u00e4r det inte till\u00e5tet att s\u00e4tta upp s.k. t\u00e4lthus av permanent karakt\u00e4r. Husvagnar ska vara inregistrerade till anv\u00e4ndning till motordrivet fordon.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your own fixed devices at the tent or caravan, such as your own shower devices, protective barriers, etc., are not permitted. Ask if you are in doubt about what you are allowed to do. Make sure that gas and electrical equipment are tested and approved according to current regulations.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not disturb the peace and quiet of the campsite with a motorized vehicle more than absolutely necessary. Drive at walking speed and for as short distances as possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A general rule at campsites is to be considerate. Disturbing behavior is not allowed. Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the campsite should be quiet.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help the children find places that are suitable for playing and ball games. In most places there are special playgrounds and ball fields set up. Throwing or kicking a ball among the tents and caravans\/cabins is not allowed.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dog owners are asked to show the utmost consideration for other guests. Keep your dog on a short leash and walk it in a designated area or outside the area. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales at and within the campsite may only occur with the permission of the campsite owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Help us keep the campsite clean and litter-free. Use the trash cans located within the area. Remember not to throw glowing charcoal or other flammable objects into our trash cans.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Leave the common areas (toilets, laundry and shower rooms, kitchen and dishes) in the same condition as you wish to find them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Departure. Unless otherwise agreed with the reception, the campsite must be vacated and cleaned before 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure. This is in consideration of new guests. We are grateful for notice of the departure date in good time, especially during high season. The cabins must be vacated and cleaned no later than 11:00 a.m.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The campsite owner or staff are not responsible for damage to or loss of the campsite guests&#8217; belongings. Anyone who damages buildings, materials or guests&#8217; belongings may be held liable for compensation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expect all camping guests to be considerate of each other and help each other maintain order. The staff has an obligation to take action in cases where a guest does not respect these rules of order. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be careful of nature \u2013 it needs your protection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People who do not follow the rules of order may be rejected from the area without a refund and their camping card may be revoked.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BOOKING Important information<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lundeg\u00e5rd Camping &amp; Stugby applies Camping Key Europe when booking camping (not cottages). You can buy the card on our website or via camping.se. If you do not have a card at check-in, we will issue one at reception for an additional cost. We have an age limit of 21 years to book with us. Over midsummer the age limit is 23 years. Check-in is after 10:00.      15.00. Check-out for cabins is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest and for camping, final check-out is at 11:00 a.m.  14.00. In the event of an event beyond our control, we reserve the right to move you to equivalent accommodation.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When is the booking binding?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The booking is binding when you have received a confirmation from us. The confirmation will be sent via email. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When should I pay?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 days from the date we send you a confirmation\/invoice, you will pay a deposit\/registration fee of 15% of the total amount. The deposit\/registration fee will be deducted from the total rent. You will pay the remaining amount 40 days before arrival. If you book less than 40 days before your arrival date, you will pay the full amount within 10 days from the confirmation\/invoice we have sent, unless otherwise stated. See date and amount on your invoice. When booking seasonal premises and dance band weeks, special payment terms apply, see message on the invoice.     <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if I don&#8217;t pay on time?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If payment is not cancelled, the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will come into effect.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What rights do I have?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cannot provide the accommodation you have booked or equivalent, you can cancel the agreement and get your money back, or request a reduced rent. What are my obligations? Always report faults and complaints immediately upon arrival. Compensation will not be paid retrospectively. Take good care of the cottage\/campsite and follow the applicable rules. You are responsible for any damage that you or anyone in your party causes through negligence. You may only use the cottage\/campsite for what is stated when booking. You may also not let more people stay overnight than the number stated when booking. Cottages must be cleaned according to the instructions in the cottage. If cleaning is not done, this will be at your expense (from 2000 SEK).         <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rebooking<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to shorten your booking between the payment of the registration fee and the final payment, a rebooking fee of SEK 150 will be charged. After the final payment has been paid, you cannot shorten the booking. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if I want to cancel?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can only cancel in writing to us. If you have not signed up for cancellation protection, there will be no refund. Booked and prepaid additional services are not refundable. Cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking and comes into effect 40 days before arrival. Cancellation protection costs SEK 250 per item.
